The Production/Operations Specialist will play a vital role in coordinating organizational activities, directing the production, pricing, sales, and distribution of healthcare services, and improving overall operations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate organizational activities to ensure seamless production, pricing, sales, and distribution of healthcare services.
  • Oversee and implement strategies for overall operations improvement.
  • Forecast customer demand and develop actionable plans to meet demand effectively.
  • Collaborate with department managers to align goals and optimize workflow.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of healthcare services, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  • Analyze operational data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement.
  • Lead the implementation of best practices for production and operations management.
Location:2962 South Longhorn Drive, Lancaster, TX 75134Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in production, operations, or related roles, preferably in healthcare services.
  • Proven ability to coordinate organizational activities across multiple departments effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to forecast demand and identify operational improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within the Department of Veterans Affairs or a similar federal healthcare environment.
  • Familiarity with operational data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Certification in operations management or related areas (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP).
Eligibility:
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required federal public trust clearance for this role.
