This position works rotating 12 hour shifts, which includes days, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime. Summary of Essential Job Functions
- Monitor and operate assigned process using HMI control software in order to ensure operation is within normal parameter;
- Monitor density, tank levels, equipment and process conditions (temperature, vacuum pressure, pump current);
- Collect and test samples, such as specific gravity, concentration, pH, optical density, etc... to ensure level of quality;
- Monitor test results and make appropriate production adjustments
- Maintain a clean work area;
- Accurately and legibly record sample and process data
- Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Demands & Work Environment
- This position works rotating 12 hour shifts, which includes days, nights, weekends, holidays and overtime.
- This position works in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to high noise levels, vibrations, varying atmospheric conditions and temperatures, Hazardous Chemicals, High Pressure Steam;
- Ability to remain in a stationary position up to 60% of shift;
- Ability to walk about inside the building to access sample collection areas;
- Ability to ascend/descend an extensive amount of stairs frequently;
- Ability to position self to collect samples from collecting locations several times throughout shift;
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds;
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Lab experience preferred
- Manufacturing experience preferred
