Job title : Production OperatorClient : Aerospace manufacturing IndustryDuration : 04 months roleLocation : Phoenix, AZ 85043Shift : 2nd Shift (Mon - Fri 2:30pm 11:00pm)Description:Qualifications:The position will be responsible to support to any production area such as: grit blast, grinding, belt sand, chisel, tact weld, braze, and cleaning and other duties, as required.Self-motivated with a high level of ownership and accountabilityLean skills continually drive process improvementsTeam building skillsMust be fluent in English, speaking, reading, writingHigh School diploma or equivalentMust pass various tests including annual exams.Meet performance standards within the first six monthsIntermediate computer skillsResponsibilities:Production Operator Duties:Always utilize proper PPE and safety equipment.Ability to follow and understand written instructions.Documenting travelers and log sheets for operations performed.Maintain required production Time standards.Ability to understand and use precision measuring tools.Effectively and efficiently produce parts according to certification and quality guidelines.Cross-train other employeesMaintain department housekeeping using 5-S principals.Regular attendance and punctuality required.Ensure compliance with Company Quality requirements.Adhere to and promote Corporate Code of Ethical Standards.Communicate professionally and effectively with peers, leadership, and customersOther duties as assigned.#ZR
