Ability to follow all safety, MSS and HACCP procedures Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must have good math skills. Must have knowledge of computer or capable of learning how to operate a computer. Must work well with people. Ability to think and draw natural conclusions. Ability to make correct decisions at the appropriate time. Ability to learn all the functions and processes of the Drying Room / Evaporator. Ability to adapt to changing situations. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 70 pounds. Must be able to pass written Fork lift exam.
