What You Will Do:
  • Precision Packaging: Take charge of packaging, labeling, and cartoning products, ensuring label accuracy, package seal integrity, and precise counts per package and carton.
  • Tech Operation Expert: Start up, operate, and shut down basic technology manual, semi-automatic, and automatic assembly/production machines and processes with finesse.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform quality inspections following Panduit's quality systems and procedures, ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
  • Safety First: Prioritize safety by following Panduit's safety guidelines and procedures, creating a secure work environment for all.
  • Waste Elimination: Contribute to our commitment to excellence by performing daily 5S activities, eliminating waste, and optimizing efficiency.
What You Will Bring:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new skills and knowledge quickly
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in using a calculator and measuring tools
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and be on your feet majority of shift
