We have locations in Evansville, IN, Hot Springs, AR, Troy, IN, and Alvin, TXWe are currently looking for Production Operators in our Hot Springs, AR location with a starting pay of $21.00 - $23.00/hr! (DOE) What is a Production Operator? Production operators are the cornerstone of our company and responsible for completing various processes in the plant and may assist material handlers in the shipping and receiving process when necessary.What do I have to do?
- Shipping and receiving bulk materials
- Loading or unloading tankers trucks and/or tankers rail cars
- Operate equipment such as forklift, overhead crane, and yard tractor
- Filling drums & totes with chemicals
- Product packaging and labeling
- Filling out required forms, logs, or other plant paperwork
- Monitoring various process parameters
- Collecting process sample
- Abide by the principles in the EHS&S mission statement.
- Responsibilities and training outlined in the RCRA Hazwaste Job Duties Matrix
- Pass the fit for duty requirements
- Abide by ORG Chem Group's quality policy

RequirementsWhat kind of experience do I need?
- High school education or GED
- Ability to effectively read, write, and understand English
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Must comply with drug and alcohol testing policy and wear all required personal protective equipment
- Successful completion of criminal history check, drug screening, and physical ability testing
- Able to climb stairs, use a ladder, and lift 60 pounds.
- Able to walk at worker's pace (3-3.5 mph) for 1/2 mile or 10 minutes
- Able to lift 40 pounds from waist to ground rotating 90 degrees.
