This position has no reports.Job dimensionsThis position is responsible for the operation of the system to manufacture Hydrogen Peroxide.Key Activities and responsibilitiesOperations (70%)Operate process equipment and monitor process indicatorsConduct environmental inspections and emergency response inspectionsPerform checks on equipment and adjust as necessary to maintain quality and quantity of productDemonstrate commitment to all loss control matters through high visibility and actionsOther tasks (30%)Follow documented procedures and complete required paperwork correctly and timelyRead company communications weekly, i.e. production advisories, emails, etc.Complete scheduled periodic training on time and as requiredProficiently use Arkema data entry systems (DCS, Historical Data, Maintenance programs, email, etc.)Communicate pertinent information to co-workers, maintenance, and managementMaintain good housekeeping of work areasOther duties as assignedCONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENTWill require working at elevated heights, climbing stairs, working outdoors, hot and cold environments, etc.Ability to occasionally lift 50 lbsSupports the site HES policy and complies with all regulatory and internal requirementsParticipates in HES activities provided by site management and Arkema Inc.
