This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level!Position Overview: The Heat Treat Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating heat treat furnaces that use a vacuum induction method. Will follow detailed work instructions and maintain meticulous records to ensure batch accuracy. Will load/unload parts into the different production equipment and take measurements/readings of finished parts in accordance with QC standards. Work is available on all three shifts, with mandatory weekend/overtime availability.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare materials for furnace
- Rack parts to be loaded into the oven in correct orientation
- Set up oven to correct settings and operate
- Visually inspect parts, recording properties required
- Maintain QC documentation to support regulated industries
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- US Citizenship
- 12+ months of Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Intermediate understanding of Math, including fractions, decimals, and other measurements.
- Ability to work weekends/overtime
