What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Capability of working in non-temperature-controlled environments and standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift from 26 to 50 lbs
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
What You'll Do as a Production Associate:
- Conduct pre-shift exercises and stretching routines
- Follow safety protocols and procedures diligently
- Operate machinery or perform manual tasks to manufacture parts according to standard procedure
- Ensure all work meets and maintains quality standard
- Adhere to packaging and labeling guidelines for each product
- Identify and report defects or issues, including machinery malfunctions, to supervisors
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Comply with ISO 14001 and TS-16949 standard
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management.
- Transport materials as needed
- Utilize the SAP system proficiently
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
