Production Worker Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians on packaging and filling operations.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, clean lines, and handle/dispose hazardous waste into approved waste streams. May stage new waste containers, and close filled containers for transport.
- Comply with all safety, quality, traceability, and compliance requirements including gowning, PPE, waste handling, SOPs, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Documentation Practices, Serialization, and Manufacturing Order Instructions.
- Locate, pick, and stage raw materials and in-process materials at workstation as needed.
- This is a physical job, which will require use of hearing protection and respiratory protection.
- Follow procedures for labor, downtime, and Tier 1 reporting.
- Take accountability for own training/certification progress.
- Use good judgment, and promptly escalate atypical situations.
- Participates in Tier process and continuous improvement events as needed
Requirements:
- High School or GED
- A basic understanding of mechanical principles.
- Someone that can follow directions/SOP experience.
- Manufacturing/Pharma Experience is a plus
- Industrial Manufacturing Experience is a plus.
- Need to pass both background check and drug test
