Job DescriptionAgilent Technologies is seeking an expert full-time Production Operator on 1st Shift for its growing consumables manufacturing facility in Folsom, California. Agilent's laboratory consumables business is an innovation, market share, and performance industry leader.Shift: M-F, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm PTPrimary responsibilities will be:Performing a range of duties within a manufacturing environment related to production, process support, and test/rework/quality inspection of Gas Chromatography columnsHandle raw materials and operate production/testing equipmentProduce and process products according to detailed proceduresAccurately record all process tasks and material movementsDetail any deviations as part of an open reporting cultureMaintain flexibility and receptiveness to change in daily routineOpen to and capable of completing a variety of tasks that require frequent standing and walkingSupport team in achieving production line objectives and goals through effective teamworkGive ideas to and participate in Continuous Improvement activitiesQualifications1+ years of manufacturing, customer service, or any related experience working in a fast-paced environmentManufacturing experience is helpful but not requiredConfirmed experience of meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately follow work instructionsProven track record of working within a team and autonomouslyGood interpersonal skillsThe US pay range for this full-time position is $21.24 - $33.19/hr, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
