Production Operator Job DescriptionSummaryThis position assembles various products by utilizing hands and a variety of machines/tools.Essential Functions•Ability to run various machines in the operation, for example, but not limited to: winders, presses, AMP machine, soldering equipment, testing equipment, laser machines, injection mold machine, etc...•Ability to solder and use of a microscope.•Ability to hand assemble products, for example, but not limited to: creasing, folding, snipping, housings, taping, etc..•Participate in Gemba Kaizan initiatives.•Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, routers, BOMs, etc..•Responsible for 100% of inspection of own work.•Miscellaneous duties as required.Competencies•Excellent eyesight is a must.•Excellent eye/hand coordination.
