We have multiple opportunities at our advanced manufacturing facility in Fostoria, Ohio for Production Operators...all levels of experience are welcome to apply!

We pay well...$20.55 per hour to start...up to $25.10 per hour after 12 months. You will also be paid for all of your breaks including lunch...just over 7 working hours while getting paid for 8!

We operate a continuous operation (24/7) and have various shift opportunities. Shift differentials are available for off-shifts. Morgan believes in Work/Life Balance and has a no forced overtime for our hourly associates!

You will help manufacture a wide variety of products which support critical industries such as Space, Defense, Power Generation, and more!

Responsibilities:

Major Responsibilities:

Safety: Perform any task in a safe manner. In addition, maintain a safe work environment through adherence to company policies on safety including following of plant rules, observations, and communications of potential hazards to Management (including Leaderman) and maintenance for correction

  • Must be able to wear respirator
  • Must be able to work in dirty environment

Quality: Work with Quality and Process Engineers to produce a high quality product for customers

  • Verify that documents pertaining to job are fully completed and correctly
  • Advise Management of improvements that would aid in the enhancement of the function of the job, safety, quality, and/or productivity
  • Work with Supervisor and Leaderman on driving 6S improvements and maintain already introduced requirements
  • Read Micrometers, Calipers, Tape Measure, Thermometers, Gauges, etc., correctly
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum Education and Qualifications Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous machine operations
  • Experience working in a factory
  • Ability to learn all tasks assigned

Candidates must be a US Person, defined as an individual that is a:

  • Citizen of the United States, or
  • Permanent resident alien of the United States, or
  • Protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) as defined by 22CFR120.15
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)
  • Must adhere to the Morgan Technology Transfer Control Plan, government regulations, and company procedures
  • Having access to CUI (controlled unclassified information)
