Job Function Reporting into the Production Manager, the Production Operator will be based out of our Penn Yan, NY site. The primary responsibility of the production operator is to perform the various tasks involved in the making of the products produced by Vibrantz Technologies at the Penn Yan, NY chemical facility, which reinforces great safety and quality practices. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all safety rules and use of proper PPE. Follow all standard operating procedures. Ability to read and understand all necessary production instructions, spreadsheets, and reports. Operate the following equipment: Kilns (Rotary and Tunnel), Jet Mills, Blender, Mixers, Dryers, Forklift, Screening equipment, Pulverizes, Sweco Mills, Ball Mills, Bottling, Palletizer Maintain compliance with Vibrantz Technologies, policies and procedures, management systems, and all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety other regulations. Act according to the Vibrantz Values & Behaviors This position shall maintain compliance with all Federal, State and Local Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations, at all times. The employee in this position shall maintain compliance with all Vibrantz Safety Standards as well as EHS rules/requirements/training of the site at all times.
