Production Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Performs production operations including but not limited to vertical, horizontal, or skiving equipment operation as trained on and packaging.
- Understands and completes process documentation including but not limited to production orders to ensure compliance to customer requirements.
- Visually reviews and inspects parts for non-conformance to customer specifications.
- Monitors operations to assure quality and productivity match documented work instructions and notifies appropriate personnel when discrepancies exist.
- Will label containers of WIP, partials, non-conforming parts and finished goods.
- Will perform set-up of machine operations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned or needed.
Production Operator Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
- One year of production manufacturing experience including blueprint reading, basic math skills and use of standard and metric measuring equipment and basic computer skills preferred. Training will be provided.
- Ability to read measurement devices.
