- Operate manufacturing equipment (i.e., ultrasonic cleaning tank, tumbler, deburring, abrasive & bandsaw, chemical etching, laser marking, gun drill, waterjet, laserjet) achieving print specifications including quality and through-put.
- Work from established procedures and prescribed operation sequences to achieve parts per print and quality specification.
- Perform hand rework functions such as deburring, polishing, sorting, counting, packing and part cleaning.
- Operate water-based part cleaning equipment to clean parts.
- Return tool crib items to stock and perform tool crib cycle counts.
- Clean-up and maintenance of equipment in shop areas as needed.
- Perform material reclaim chip spinning functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - High School diploma/GED.
- 5 to 7 years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Possess basic shop math skills.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and meet assigned deadlines.
- High degree of responsibility, punctuality and positive attitude.
- Ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
