Job Description:
Tasks and Job:
- Operate machinery used in the production process, and/or assist machine operators.
- Combination of working independently and with a group to meet production goals.
- Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
- Observe equipment operations so that malfunctions can be detected, and notify operators of any malfunctions.
- Help maintenance workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, or cleaning work areas and equipment.
- Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, or assemble new equipment.
- Clean and lubricate equipment.
- Keep work area clean and support other housekeeping functions.
