Join our team as a Production Operator and contribute to the production of high-quality metal components while ensuring the efficient operation of critical machinery.Position Overview:As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for cutting straightened metal tubes and bundling parts, ensuring all production processes meet safety and quality standards. You'll play an essential role in maintaining the machines that drive production and ensuring that all products are within specifications. This position offers a chance to learn new skills, work with cutting-edge machinery, and grow within the manufacturing field.Key Responsibilities:- Complete training on assigned machines, operations, and tooling under the guidance of a designated trainer.- Operate production equipment of moderate complexity, ensuring optimal machine performance and minimal downtime.Job Requirements:- Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required – we'll train you!- Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with English fluency required; bilingual (Spanish) a plus.- Intermediate math skills for measurements and calculations.Shifts and Pay:- 1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Thursday | $18.29/hour- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday | $18.29/hour + $0.75 shift differential = $19.04/hour- 3rd Shift:5:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday – Friday | $18.29/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.29/hour- Weekend shift is scheduled 36 hours per week but paid for 40 hours if you work all 36 - Overtime available on all shifts!#talroo
