Job SummaryFollows established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process; loads materials into production machines; removes packs and sorts raw materials or finished products; collects and disposes of garbage and production waste; cleans production equipment and work areas. Individual contributor representing the most common entry point for this career stream; works under direct supervision.Job Description+ Operate machinery and perform all tasks per SOP's to produce zero defects+ Perform all required GMP and housekeeping duties, including 5S.+ Perform quality inspections on materials and finished product. Notify responsible personnel and assist in resolution as appropriate if any out of specification conditions occurs.+ Participate in training and team assignments.+ Accurately complete documentation+ Comply with all standard safety, environmental, food safety and quality practices and policies+ Report and/or correct safety, environmental, quality and food safety issues+ Actively participate on a plant quality, safety, food safety or environmental management team+ Take ownership of one of the plant's business management system programs+ Ensure intellectual property is always protected+ All other duties as assignedTechnical Skills+ Ability to communicate with others, in a professional and helpful manner while simultaneously building credibility and rapport. This includes the ability to understand, be diplomatic and tactful, demonstrate appropriate behavior in social situations and maintain composure in negative circumstances to achieve results.+ The knowledge and skills required to quickly learn and retain knowledge and to produce legible and accurate reports. Also need to be flexible and manage changing work assignments.+ Knowledge of and ability to proactively recognize and report safety issues or incidences and maintain a clean, safe work environment, placement of tools and machinery, etc.Qualifications:+ High School Diploma required. Some advance educational training is a plus (Associates, Certification, etc.)+ Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in MS Office including Word, and Excel.+ Candidates must be detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and self-starting.+ Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English+ Solid interpersonal and problem-solving abilities+ must be able to multi-task paced, stressful environment with minimum supervision+ Ability to lift 50 lbs+ Three to five years in manufacturing in the Coca-Cola system required+ Forklift trained and certified+ Work four 10-hour shifts (6:00am - 4:30am); excellent attendance required**Skills:**Troubleshooting; Computer Literacy; Writing; Communication; Mathematics; Machine Operations; English Language; Mechanical Apptitude; Forklift LicensePay Range:$60,200 - $74,100Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
