As a Production Operator, you will become an expert in multiple areas within the production team ranging from receiving and processing raw materials, to the operation of various equipment to assist with the manufacturing process, to the quality control of our products, to the customer shipments.Job Duties:Responsible for producing batches of pigments or inks in a safe and efficient manner while adhering to quality requirements.Operating production equipment to produce quality products in accordance with standard procedures.Complying with all safety procedures and safety training requirements.Operating material handling equipment, including hoists and forklifts.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDPreferred experience in a production environment working with manufacturing equipment.Comfortable working with hoists and/or forklifts.Drug and background screening is required.Lifting up to 55 pounds.BENEFITSWe offer a range of market-competitive total rewards that include merit increases, paid holidays, Paid Time Off, medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability benefits, 401(k) + match and life insurance.
