To be the champion of the healthiest and happiest you!Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planning Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will support the production planning process, ensuring efficient and timely production schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.Key Responsibilities:
- Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and material availability.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Data Analysis: Analyze production data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, logistics, and sales teams to align production plans with customer demands and operational capabilities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present production reports, highlighting key performance indicators and status updates to management.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at optimizing production processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Problem-Solving: Address production issues proactively and provide solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
QualificationsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in production planning or a related role preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
COMPENSATION: At Health-Ade, we know our strongest assets are our people, and we recognize our total compensation package is a huge factor in how you are recognized for the impact you have on the company reaching its goals. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $22-$25 per hour. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, such as market location, level of experience, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
