Become One Of Our Valued Team Members: Our Production Recruiter assists and supports our Human Resources Managers with seasonal staffing needs. Responsibilities will be concentrated in assisting with sourcing and placing of candidates in seasonal positions across multiple sites in order to meet efficiency during our peak production season. Assist with developing innovative methods, resources, and networks of contacts to obtain qualified candidates. Coordinate partnerships with external migrant recruiters and negotiate contract terms. Coordinate the recruitment effort of seasonal employees at various locations throughout the United States that present potential for employment opportunities. What You'll Bring: Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred. Two to four years related recruiting experience Experience recruiting for, or working in, a manufacturing environment Proficiency speaking Spanish preferred Experience with Migrant Law preferred Where You'll Work: WELCOME TO MANITOWOC Thousands of visitors are drawn here each year to explore the USS Cobia World War II submarine, tour Rogers Street Fishing Village to view relics of famous shipwrecks, or sail across Lake Michigan on the S.
