Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: Competitive pay based on education and/or experience plus $500 bonus after 6 months and $1,000 bonus after 1 year!

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (may vary)

Position: To support and oversee the recruitment calendar including process management to support strength of schedule through analysis and securing group sponsor dates in accordance with established timelines. Metrics and data analysis should be a part of this process to best meet account and organizational needs. Maintain communications about scheduled recruitment drive calendar events and assist in maintenance of quality account & drive information.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Attention to details
  • Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency in excel spreadsheets & windows based software
  • Ability to balance spreadsheets & numbers
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Customer service & negotiation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage a process of advance scheduling to support strength of schedule in the Donor Recruitment Software. Support initiatives within the scheduling software to include:
    • Weekly drive data review with Recruitment and Collections Management to maintain and support accuracy
    • Monthly review with Recruitment and Collection Management drives that do not fall into regular re-booking methods
    • Report to Director of Recruitment & Sub-Center Executive Directors accounts that historically have not met efficiency standards
    • Establish and manage process of account/recruiter notification, confirmation, and conflict resolution and communication
  • Administer reserving (sharing) of staff in multiple collection operations for events and established larger drives in keeping with the best interest of the Organization and observing efficiencies while promoting a positive donor experience.
  • Develop and manage a schedule of Data Software audits to maintain data integrity. This effort will identify missing or improper information with clean up recommendations and tracking of correction progress.
  • From the recruitment perspective, assist in development and management of staff constraints to support scheduling efforts and audit constraint usage for accountability.
  • Review relevance of available Software upgrades to make recommendations to management.
  • Apply notes, banners, and constraints to the calendar about events relevant to scheduling.
  • Assist with monthly goal reconciliation and verification as well as annual budget goal input for accuracy and tracking.
