Job Location: 4800 Fort Worth, TX (FC)Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable:Sunday - Thursday, 4:30 PM until finish

Compensation:Starting at $18.50 - $23.25 / hour with flexibility based on experience. Additional local incentives may apply such as an extra week of pay, referral bonuses and more.Additional Relevant Information: OT as needed

Responsible for sanitizing various equipment within designated work area.

• Clean interior and exterior of processing and manufacturing equipment.
• Prepare sanitation chemicals and equipment.
• Ensure all necessary caps are in proper locations.
• Set up equipment in preparation for use by manually lifting and moving equipment and/or chemicals.
• Assess and rectify problems on all equipment.
• Read, understand and follow standard operating procedures.
• Train new team members
• Communicate with management on daily basis
• Create work orders when needed or assigned by supervisor
• Maintain sanitation supply inventory
• Review daily CIP chart data

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
• Experience: 0 - 3 general work experience required. Experience working in food production or manufacturing environment.Ability to operate various equipment.Ability to read and understand Material Safety Data Sheets. Forklift certification a plus.
