Requirements: Bachelor's degree Minimum of 5 years of experience Experience working within ERP systems Previous success in communicating data analytics to leadership within the company Responsibilities: Develop and optimize short-term production schedules ensuring alignment with long-term goals and coordinating raw materials, labor, and equipment to meet delivery dates and customer requirements Address and resolve Supply, Demand, and Capacity issues, optimizing labor and equipment utilization, and managing load leveling and bottleneck scheduling using the theory of constraints (TOC) for improved accuracy Track and manage inventory levels, assess manufacturing variances, and collaborate with the cost accounting team, while maintaining ERP system data accuracy and safety stock levels Continuously evaluate and improve planning and scheduling procedures, communicate production schedules and forecasts to the management team, and align production operations with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) EOE Not ready to apply or have questions?
