Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
  • Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure the availability of materials and resources.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any delays or issues.
  • Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Communicate production schedules and updates to relevant stakeholders, including management and team members.
  • Participate in production planning meetings and provide input on capacity planning and resource allocation.
  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and production performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in production planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, MRP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.
