Key ResponsibilitiesConfirm and maintain production scheduler reports and distribute to the leadersAssist in determining the production planPartner with planning and schedule staff according to the number of lines running, ensuring staffing meets the needs of the factory and coverage for vacations and eventsComplete confirmations for the factory using EIT and SAPAudit Right to Run processes to assess decrewing needs, ensure compliance with labor headcount requirements, and determine the appropriate trainer-to-trainee ratioMaintain breakroom and office supplies.Support the factory in coverage on rare occasions
Additional ResponsibilitiesWelcome and check in vendors, customers, new hires, and existing employeesEnsure all visitors are logged and directed appropriatelyCreate and distribute new hire and existing employee badgesMaintain records of badge issuance and replacementsPrepare paperwork for new hire orientation and assist in facilitating sessionsMaintain and update personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentialityAssist in the distribution and collection of annual employee acknowledgementsSupport factory and operations managers with special projectsCoordinate and execute project tasks as requiredEnsure meeting rooms are prepared and equipped with necessary materialsSort and file mail
QualificationsQualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in administrative or planningBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Logistics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering preferred.Strong analytical, organization, and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficent in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Access demonstrated experience is required)
