* Organization:
* To organize the production schedule in accordance with customer orders and stock requirements.
* To organize the rework schedule
* Production supply:
* Verify raw material, packaging, and ingredients on time and in quantity required to meet the schedule demands
* Calculate the needs for production in accordance with the production schedule
* Communicate with the warehouse to organize the transfers
* Inventory management: To monitor inventory:
* Raw material, ingredients and packaging.
* Finished product & semi-finished products
* Rework
* Initiative: To work in an initiative spirit in order to improve on daily basis the way of working and production efficiency.
Production supply:
* Production scheduling in accordance with orders, forecast or stock requirements
* To anticipate raw material, packaging, ingredients and cleaning product needs: To be done on a weekly basis upon completion of the production schedule.
* To order through the Logistic Clerk (Purchase orders) and in collaboration with purchasing department, raw material, packaging, ingredients and cleaning products needed.
* To follow raw material deliveries. To call raw material suppliers if delivery is late, to process a progress sheet for any problems.
* Coordinate transfers between warehouses to supply production needs
* Conciliate differences
* Monitor inventory level
* Degree preferred or equivalent experience
* 1-5 years of experience
* Analyzing data/ Statistics
* Microsoft office (Excel) advanced
* Production Planning
