In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in covering all of the activities of Assembly line/work-center, with the aim of reducing the cost and timing of the supply chain, while improving productivity and guaranteeing increased reliability on the whole chain.Main Function Responsibilities:A) Support and Execute the Planning and Control Process for the Assembly line/ work-centers.• Implement the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and short-term work schedules for assembly lines and work centers, ensuring alignment with the production plan.• Perform Resource Capacity and Critical Path (RCCP) analysis, monitor critical resources, and propose plans to address bottlenecks and hazards to maintain service levels.• Develop detailed production schedules for assembly lines and work centers and adjust them as needed based on identified risks.• Work with external suppliers and internal scheduling teams to manage material requirements and critical parts, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.• Maintain accurate dynamic data in the ERP system, manage short-term demand changes with the Planning Manager, and uphold deadlines to meet customer commitments.B) Measure and analyze performance in coordination with the Assembly lines / work-centers using the defined Supply Chain metrics and provides the required weekly/monthly reports.C) Analyze the root cause of metrics not at target level and work with the line management to develop the necessary action/recovery plansi. Contribute to lean and improvement projects.ii. Ensure that changes introduced are replicated within the processes and ERP system to ensure the effectiveness of planning parametersiii. Ensure configuration management (updated articles, classifications and BOMs in ERP) and maintain the changes record sheetD) Participate in rate Readiness and resources investment studies. Stock Takes, Audits & Assessments. Analyze detection of short and middle term risks. By planning, coordinating, and optimizing the assembly line and work-center operations, you will directly impact the overall performance of the supply chain.A. Education & Qualification:• Associates Degree or 3 years of Supply Chain or Business related experience required, Bachelor's degree preferred.B. Work Experience/Technical knowledge:• 3 years procurement/supply chain/planning background in manufacturing environment required in addition to the education requirements.• Knowledge of industry suppliers, product(s), and manufacturing capabilities required. Familiar with the site's organization• Detailed vision of production processes and their company's supply chain• Proficiency in Supply Chain Planning Process• Good technical knowledge on the markets of SAFRAN Group products• Ability to work well in a matrix structure• Must have a good understanding of manufacturing processes.C. Professional Skills:• Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment.• Ability to read and review written communication.• Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English.• Computer Skill: Basic understanding of Windows Operating System®, Microsoft Excel. PowerPoint, Word and Email; Familiar with the information systems used in the Supply Chain: i.e. ERP, Supplier PortalD.
