Job Description:
Job Summary:The Production Service Specialist will report to the Director of Operations and Digital Solutions. The Production Service Specialist is responsible for the production of systems, both hardware and software, as it relates to sales and contract needs. The Production Service Specialist will assist in the development of new technical solutions and initiatives. Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in maintaining current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources, including acceptance, registration, and shipment of the same when required
  • Responsible for planning and testing systems, software, or products needed for tradeshows or other company events and proper documentation of logistics.
  • Responsible for conducting system-level software testing and analysis, which includes establishing test benches, designing testing pipelines, and performing black-box testing
  • Maintain a superior knowledge of product line, product utilization, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Responsible for assembly and production of the product line per quality specifications and customer contract needs
  • Responsible for planning and testing for systems, software or products needed for tradeshows or other company events and proper documentation of logistics
  • Responsible for all shipping activities to ensure proper delivery and recovery of company hardware to / from tradeshows or other company events
  • Responsible for maintaining the company storage, lab, and HQ floor per FDA regulations defined in the company quality system
  • Ensure timely technical support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of all incident reports as a backup to the field service specialist
  • Fixed asset management as it relates to logistics, documentation, and audit
  • Occasional backup to Field Service Specialist including onsite system implementation
  • Afterhours support on an as-needed basis
Skills/Experience:
  • Experience in Computer IT, software, and hardware installations
  • MS Windows OS, macOS
  • Experience in setting up and maintaining computer networks
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
  • Technical competency in using infrastructure management tools
Education:
  • 2+ years of production or service experience
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant technical/electrical field or, equivalent certification
