**Job Description:**
Manages medium-large projects for an operations segment, product line or function. Manages the research of existing operations, procedures, workflow, product and service requirements. Directs the analysis of assembled data to define problems associated with projects and business issues. Works closely with operations management on project impact and direction.
**Responsibilities:** The SDE (Strategy Decision Engine) Platform Management team within Collections Services has the following responsibilities.
+ Perform a variety of functions including, but not limited to: perform system testing in support of various initiatives and releases; responsible for the promotion of business rules and processes between environments (DEV, UAT, Pre-PROD and PROD); act as a liaison between the line of business and Technology partners.
+ Participation and accountability for various projects, initiatives and tasks, either Enterprise or Collections related that will impact the SDE application for any and all LOBs (Consumer Card, Business Card, CVL, Home Loans, etc.)
+ Responsible for maintaining various aspects of the web UI and Linux file system on the PROD environment
+ Coordinate with end users, technology groups and the Collections and Recovery BSS (Business Systems Support) team to identify, triage, test and correct any platform specific issues that may arise.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skills as demonstrated by 3-5 years of experience
+ Skilled with MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
+ Proficient at written and oral communication, including presentation skills
+ Experience leading projects as the sole business lead or in partnership with other teammates
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ 1-3 years SAS experience (coding/environment)
+ Knowledge of the Collections & Recovery data environment (CMX, MDX, SDP, etc.)
+ Demonstrated ability to drive projects through to completion, meeting all deliverables and timelines.
+ Experience managing decision engines that drive business rules and logic.
+ Ability to develop and maintain process flows, procedures and documentation supporting operating systems and decision engines.
+ Ability to identify potential issues or gaps, research possible solutions, and drive the results to close the issue or gap.
+ Experience with routine system administrative responsibilities such as maintaining user permissions, reviewing file system space, etc.
+ Familiarity with SQL coding language to complete necessary research and validation processes.
+ Knowledge of the Strategic Data Platform and Data Transformation
