Our client is looking for a talented leader to join their team as a Shift Manager at its largest manufacturing and distribution site.This person will be responsible for overseeing production lines and the work of 50 - 100 hourly employees. Working to ensure that operations, production, and maintenance needs are met, the Shift Manager will lead from the front to deliver results.You will partner with Line Owners and Maintenance Owners to address any production situations, maintenance problems, or personnel issues to identify root cause and appropriate corrective action for any incidents.Additionally, you will manage training and development of employees, performance reporting, and plan for any staffing needs. Base + benefits+ bonus potential.
