You will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of safety, quality, and productivity across multiple departments, including Warehouse, Packaging, Sanitation, Lab, Brewing, and Maintenance. Position Summary As the 3rd Shift Site Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind the safe and efficient operations of our facility during the night shift. Your role is vital in ensuring that we meet our daily goals and objectives while sustaining a culture that values collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement. You will be the key link between the first and second shift supervisors, ensuring seamless communication and consistency across shifts. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding a diverse team of skilled professionals who share a commitment to excellence.   • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring that safety is never compromised.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas, promptly reporting any hazards or incidents to the Packaging Manager.
  • Participate in safety training sessions and foster a culture of safety awareness among your team.
Operational Excellence:
  • Understand and manage the production schedule, ensuring that all work is assigned and completed efficiently.
  • Ensure that all teams on the third shift have the resources they need to succeed, from materials to manpower.
  • Oversee the proper setup and cleaning of packaging lines, ensuring that all product labeling and packaging information is accurate.
  • Regularly monitor the facility to ensure all departments are operating safely and efficiently, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Perform daily pre- and post-shift inspections, addressing any issues before production begins.
Team Leadership:
  • Support assistant supervisors in overseeing employees, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to operators, assisting with troubleshooting and resolving equipment problems.
  • Take corrective action on any issues that arise during the shift, escalating concerns to the appropriate managers when necessary.
  • Participate in new hire training and contribute to the development of your team by coaching and mentoring employees.
Food Safety and Quality:
  • Uphold our commitment to Food Safety and Quality by following GMP policies and coaching your team to do the same.
  • Ensure compliance with SQF policies related to pest control, allergen management, and sanitation.
  • Report any food quality and safety issues to the Quality Assurance Manager, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2 years of leadership experience preferred, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus, though we value a strong leadership background above all.
