Our Ideal Candidate This is an onsite role based in Centennial, CO. The Production Specialist position requires someone who can meet deadlines and production expectations. In this role, you will collaborate with other warehouse staff, engineers, and project managers. What You'll Be Doing
- Assemble and prepare goods for shipment
- Adheres to company EHS program
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Work efficiently on the production line to ensure timely load and shipment
- Complete quality assurance testing on goods and products
- Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory in warehouses
- Assist warehouse manager with other tasks as necessary.
- Organize inventory in an easy-to-access process
- Utilize machinery such as forklifts and pallet jack to load orders
- Maintain the quality and upkeep of warehouse equipment including machinery
- Move materials or completed products and packages to established locations
- Complete paperwork/checklists/production forms for, inventory control, shipping/receiving and QA/QC
What You Bring
- Manufacturing: 3 years (Required)
- Production: 3 years (Preferred)
- Sit Down Forklift: 2 Years (Preferred)
- Ability to stay on feet for extended periods and perform manual labor
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Forklift Certification
- Basic Computer Skills
- Problem Solving/Analysis
- Adaptability/Flexibility
Schedule
- Standard 40-hr work week
- Weekends required (as needed)
- Holidays required (as needed)
- Night 12 hour on-call (as needed)
- Overnight shift (as needed)
