  • We're looking for a Payroll Production Specialist. The pay range we're offering is highly competitive and is designed for only Results Driven & Resourceful Team Members.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information
  • Successful Ability to Recognize Client Needs with Follow through.
  • Teamwork Oriented with all departments and individuals in the company

  • Customer Service with Clients, Partners and Vendors
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

Key Responsibilities

  • Printing of Client Payrolls
  • Accurate packaging/shipping of Client Payrolls according to procedure
  • End of Day processing in adherence to audit process
  • State New Hire Reporting
  • Inbound Call Routing
  • Administrative Support
