TITLE: Production Specialist

LOCATION: Savannah, Ga.

ANTICIPATED DURATION: Direct Hire

Production Specialist Responsibilities:

• Reviewing department job tickets, managing workflow to ensure all orders are completed on time, and consistently meeting customers' expectations while maximizing machine efficiency.
• Producing rigid and roll signs and banners, custom finishing including lamination, mounting, and trimming.
• Properly using and maintaining all department tools and equipment, managing machine logs and coordinating maintenance and repair calls with vendors.
• Preparing wide format signs, banners, and display graphics for shipping and delivery; creating custom packaging when necessary.
• Ability to conduct site surveys.

Production Specialist Requirements:

• Experience printing on digital presses with a large variety of substrates – roll and rigid.
• Experience with operating various finishing machines – laminator, Graphtec, cutter/router
• Understanding of RIP software and color management, including Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign,
• Illustrator, and Photoshop is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
• Able to work under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to discuss others' opinions and ideas.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and great attitude.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Willingness to follow department policies and procedures and maintain a clean and safe work area.

The compensation range for this position is $40,000 to $50,000 annually.

(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
