The ideal candidate will have a proven background in packaging or order fulfillment. As a Production Specialist, you'll be responsible for the meticulous handling of manufactured products post-production, including weighing, packaging, and labeling.Key Responsibilities:
- Package and label cannabis products, including edibles and vapor cartridges, adhering to medical and recreational sale standards.
- Conduct vapor cartridge filling operations.
- Blend distillate with terpenes to craft flavor blends for cartridges.
- Operate edibles machinery and ensure proper cleaning and maintenance.
- Record production procedures and maintain accurate records of processing steps, temperatures, and test results.
- Develop and innovate recipes for edible products.
- Ensure compliance with product labeling and information requirements.
- Maintain inventory records and assist in shipping logistics.
- Uphold quality control standards through visual inspections and accurate labeling.
- Assist with inventory management and distribution tasks.
- Adhere to production schedules and state regulations.
- Perform waste material processing in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Job RequirementsQualifications:
- 1-2 year of experience in related field preferred.
- Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting.
- Previous packaging and inventory experience is advantageous.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.

- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry items weighing up to 15 pounds.
