A Dutch multinational dairy cooperative which is based in Amersfoort, Netherlands is looking to add military talent in their Delhi, New York location. It is the world's largest dairy co-operative and one of the top 5 dairy companies in the world with annual revenue of 11 billion. They currently have branch offices in 33 countries and employ a total of 21,927 people. They are currently looking for a Production Specialist. Supporting the production management team, the candidate will be essential in keeping production documents, batch reports and operator records accurate and organized. - Reports directly to the Operations Manager, with projects and/or assignments- Support with a dotted line to the HR manager as the employees' point of contact - This position will have no direct reports but will lead scheduled production schedules Functional duties- Production documents- Data entry, system access, and audits- Scheduling, projects, and validationsHR aspects:- Complete applicable paperwork associated with the onboarding process- Partner with the payroll specialist on 401k loans to avoid loan delinquency- Administer Workers Compensation- ADP / payroll- Pre-screening grievances on process conformance, - Complete HR KPI dashboard as requested You may also work on other tasks, such as identifying and solving problems in the manufacturing process. They are looking for a strong problem solver, someone who understands processes and project management. You should seek to improve the production and processes of the plant and improve how different groups can work together more efficiently. Base salary, plus a bonus, benefits, and a 401k. 2nd shift 1 pm to 9 pm.
