Tharp focuses on employees, customers, processes, and continuous improvement to provide the best quality and lead time to our customers.The production specialist manages raw lumber and initiates the beautifying process by converting raw lumber into tightly tolerance, aesthetically featured materials.Duties and Responsibilities:•Engage with Team and Technical Advisors to ensure safe and correct methods are used to facilitate requested output•Maintain a safe and quality based effort for any products that are processed•Clean up work area each day in accordance with plant safety and house cleaning standards•Process work in a timely, quality focused manner.•Ability to interpret cut sheets, work orders, and prints•Display a baseline of understanding of the Tharp Quality requirements•Other duties as requiredBring a good attitude and an appreciation for woodworking.
