We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.•Assist Master Scheduler in creating and managing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer demands and company objectives. Maintain a clean and safe work place in accordance with 5S protocol•Monitor raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adequate supplies for production runs. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to replenish inventory as needed•Ensure that production processes are running efficiently by monitoring workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and coordinating resources to resolve issues•Assist in ensuring that products meet quality standards and production specifications. Work closely with the Quality Control department to address non-conformities and coordinate reworks•Maintain accurate production data, including output, downtime, and any issues encountered. Generate regular production reports for management review•Serve as a liaison between production teams, shipping, customer service, sales, management, and other departments to communicate production status, issues, and improvements•Support initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing resources•Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.•Protect Chamberlain Group's and Systems' reputation by keeping information confidential.•Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.•Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.We provide competitive pay, excellent benefits, work-life balance and a collaborative team environment!
