Duties:•Assist in supporting a safe and healthy work environment for all personnel through consistent support of the company's Safety Process.•Participate/support the SQF program and assist in the development of the system and operational standards and corrective actions.•Lead positive employee relations programs throughout the organization.•Ensure both the needs of the business and the needs of the employees are met while driving organizational standards.•Support effective recruitment and onboarding practices (including participation in career fairs, interviewing, and onboarding) for the organization.•Partner with Production, Safety and Human Resource leadership to resolve employee issues and concerns. •Work collaboratively with plant leadership to ensure success of continuous improvement.•Lead all E-21 transactions on the shift.
