Production Specialist Location: 301 Lafayette St., Mexico, MO 65265 Shift: 12-hour shifts days (7 AM 7 PM) or nights (7 PM 7 AM); weekends, holidays, and overtime required Job Type: Full Time Compensation: $19.22/hour Job Duties Grain and waste handling through scraping, shoveling, and sweeping up soybean product and byproduct Operate equipment throughout the facility which may include tractors with front loaders, skid-steers, manlifts, forklifts, UTVs, etc. Monitor product quality specifications Collect product samples and transport them to the lab Utilize computer systems to input and record data as required regarding safety, sanitation, maintenance, and process equipment operation Interact regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment Monitor and measure tank levels Maintain a safe and clean work environment Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures Requ...Production Specialist, Production, Specialist, Operations, Manufacturing, Program
