In this role, you will manage the deliveries of CC4 feed from third party pipeline into BTP and the corresponding deliveries of 1,3 Butadiene and Raffinate out to finished product third party pipelines.As a Production Specialist - Port Arthur, TX, you create chemistry by...Managing and coordinating the feed and product pipeline movements.Successfully engaging with the third-party customer representative, you will verify and approving the official monthly Exchange Balance Statement.Supporting SAP invoicing/billing and uploads and performing billing checks at critical billing periods.Maintaining and handling a high degree of confidential information according to contractual obligations.Analyzing Daily Inventory Reports for accuracy and loss control to support end of month inventory reconciliation process.Resolving discrepancies within the C4 Mass Billing Balance via communications with the Unit Operations Engineer, exanimating of the process logs, viewing Exceed, trending flows in Process Explorer, and searching any additional back-up information.Continuously monitoring and improving the overall experience of our customers by providing timely communication as operating conditions diverge from forecast.If you...Hold a Bachelors degree in Accountingor a technical area (Industrial Engineering, Operation engineering, Chemical Engineering)Possess a minimum of 5+ years of operational and production planning experienceAre proficient in computer applications (Excel, database, spreadsheets, Aspen Suite of products and SAP)Count with strong human relations skills and exceptional customer focusCreate your own chemistry with you@BASFAt BASF, you will have the chance to do meaningful work towards building a more sustainable future.
