Job Description:- Use of microscopes, soldering irons, hot air tools, epoxy dispensers, and small hand tools
- Read and follow documents to determine proper assembly and processing procedure
- Soldering, epoxy dispense, and assembling of components at circuit board level
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements/Qualifications:Required:- Quality and safety minded
- Good dexterity skills/hand-eye coordination
- Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain IPC-610 Soldering Certification and J Standard Certification (company funded/provided)
Preferred:- Soldering experience
- Current IPC-610 Soldering Certification and/or J Standard Certificate
- Previous manufacturing and assembly experience
