Position Details:Title: Maintenance SupervisorLocations:Fremont, OH – 3rd ShiftDavenport, IA – 3rd ShiftGarland, TX – 1st ShiftCompensation: $80-90k + Premium Pay (OT) and Annual Bonus (up to 20%)Benefits: 401K, MED/DEN/VIS plus more!Relocation package: a relocation package is approved for this role.Position Description:As a Maintenance Supervisor will assist with all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation. This includes all functions in the areas of Maintenance Business Management, Maintenance Materials Inventory (MRO), Maintenance Recruit to Retire, Manufacturing Process Reliability and Equipment Reliability, e.g. departmental budgets, computerized maintenance management systems, preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance programs. Also, Technical Skills Management of electrical, electronics, controls programming, mechanical systems (process equipment, packaging equipment), waste treatment, stockroom, building and grounds, utilities systems including but not limited to boiler and ammonia refrigeration. Under the direction of the Business Unit Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift. Leads a team of 30-50 hourly operators with 4-5 Leads.Requirements:3+ years of supervisory experience leading diverse teams of various sizes to a common end goal. Great fit for both Junior Officers and NCOs.
