Production Supervisor - 1st shift

Continued expansion requires the addition of a hands-on 1st Shift Production Supervisor to work in a complex manufacturing environment (e.g., assembly, fabrication, machining, welding) overseeing 30+ production employees while driving production efficiencies and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or Engineering Technology with 8+ years' of manufacturing experience
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment with any combination of assembly, machining, testing and coating
• 5+ years of supervisory experience of production employees
• Strong systems skills – MS Word, Excel and ERP
• Intermediate knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems
• Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies
