The Supervisor will be responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables, team member expectations, and general supervision.The Supervisor will travel to the manufacturing plants where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.Schedule: Must be open to working multiple shiftsPay Rate: $20 hourly then gets bumped to $21 after temp periodLocation: North Fort Wayne, IN / OhioEssential Job FunctionsCoordinates with operations to determine daily status of ongoing projects and reassigns as requirements changeDevelops and analyzes necessary reports as required by customersSupervises scheduling teamCompletes required training classesAdheres to quality compliance requirementsAll other duties and responsibilities as may be assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma1-2 years of manufacturing, quality or administrative related experience preferredKnowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer servicePrevious experience in scheduling contingent and full-time workforceExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge in Microsoft Office, proficiency in ExcelKnowledge of basic mathematicsAvailable to work assigned hours based on business needsFor internal candidates, have satisfactory job performance (not on a corrective action)Company DetailsTalent Logistix is a workforce business solutions provider.
