Core Responsibilities of our Production Supervisor:
* Role reports to Production Superintendent.
* Supervise Production Department.
* Sets expectations and priorities for operators.
* Coordinate activities for team to ensure safety, quality and productivity of production.
* Ensure all production resources are utilized to meet expectation of department needs.
* Monitor work skills and certifications of operators to ensure a qualified well-trained work group.
* Ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals.
* Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees.
* Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 6 or more year's related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
