**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
+ High School Diploma or GED with three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience.
+ OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Strong willingness to learn.
**STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Team Coordinator Assessment
+ Two plus years of experience managing in a manufacturing and/or production environment
+ Lean/Six Sigma or Project Management certifications
+ Experience with Lotus Notes E-mail & JDE is recommended and will be required within three months in this position
+ Must complete Team and Continuous Improvement Training

**Pay Range:**
$72,200.00 - $116,200.00
The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
