ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Organizes personnel assignments and training to meet daily customer production schedules while maintaining safety and quality requirements

* Perform daily employee performance & attendance management actions

* Assist in developing and orientate new team members

* Drive and lead organizational strategic imperatives and initiatives

* Implement improvement ideas by leveraging team members feedback and suggestions on opportunities

* Assist in developing a culture focused on safety, quality, delivery and cost

* Communicate relevant business information, company policies, and business updates to team members

* Collaborate cross functionally with other departments and organizational stakeholder

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or closely related field is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted in place of degree requirement.

EXPERIENCE

5+ Years relevant experience in a manufacturing with at least 2+ years of leadership experience
